Intelligent Life In The Universe

Should begin on our own Planet.
Should begin with certain individuals of our own species.

Individuals who are so advanced, so unusual and so special that they may give us an insight 

into how the mind of an advanced extra-terrestrial being may actually think.

Individuals so universal, so complete, so unconventional and so exceptional in their thinking, awareness and consciousness that a benign and intelligent celestial 

life-form would surely have an intrinsic empathy with them.

As they would with them. 

Individuals so fundamentally different to conventional human beings in their way of perceiving, their way of communicating and their way of comprehending, 

So transcendent in their elevated detachment from everyday life 

and day-to-day human existence, 

So transfigured in their appearance, their presence and their demeanor, 

So otherworldly in their characteristics, singularity and incongruity,

that they would appear to be far more at home amongst highly advanced extra-terrestrials on some distant planet in a far-off galaxy than they could ever be, living on earth 

amongst human beings. 

Individuals who almost seem to be at a more advanced stage or level of psychological, intellectual and spiritual evolution than all other human beings. 

Individuals who never asked to be born into this world, 

Who inherited nothing from their ancestors,

Who were bequeathed nothing from their forebears,

Who were given nothing of value by their progenitors, 

Who demanded nothing from their society and culture, 

And who asked for nothing from the human race. 

Yet who have surpassed and transcended the conventional human world, 

while existing in a state of almost complete spiritual and metaphysical self-isolation.

Individuals who can see beyond even the farthest visions of humanity, 

Who can think beyond the minds of even their greatest contemporaries, 

Who can reason, imagine and conceptualise on an entirely different level 

and on an entirely higher plane than conventional human beings. 

Individuals, who used their own innate creative powers to re-fashion and re-create themselves as transfigured higher human entities. 

Individuals endowed with an arcane and mysterious wisdom 

and a higher level of consciousness which appears to be almost completely incomprehensible to the conventional human mind.

Individuals who can see beyond the trivia, ephemera and superficialities 

of everyday existence,who can see beyond the irrationalities, delusions and contradictions 

so inherent in most human thought,

who can see beyond the underlying fear and inhibitions which so restrict, control and even paralyse the conventional human mind,

who can see beyond the follies, faults and failings of human nature and its dire consequences both for the individual and for the race,

who can see beyond all of the unnecessary pain and suffering caused by the almost complete absence of true logic and reason from so much of human thinking,

who can see beyond the pointless displays, meaningless charades and futile strivings of the misguided and delusional human ego, Individuals who can see right through the masks and facades worn by the many actors on the human stage,

Individuals who can see right into the soul of a human being.

Individuals whose minds are so clear, so transcendent and so beautiful that they can see a vision 

of paradise in every natural earthly object and in the face of every pure and innocent man and woman,

Individuals whose thoughts are so deep, so profound and so uplifted that simply hearing them spoken can render even the most cynical and stony-hearted person speechless, 

Individuals whose hearts are so pure, so good and so incorruptible that witnessing the simple innocence and empathy which they radiate and project is an encounter verging on a religious experience, 

Individuals whose spirits are so untamed, so alive and so free, 

that they cannot be bound or fettered by any psychological chains nor confined within any cognitive prison constructed by mankind. 

Individuals deeply saddened by the greed, selfishness and corruption 

which they see within the human species.  

Who are  sadly grieved by the way in which the human species treats its own home planet. 

Who are appalled by the indifference and cruelty 

which most of humanity displays towards its fellow living creatures with whom it shares its world. 

Who are dismayed by the existence of so much pride, arrogance, conceit, cynicism and narcissism 

within the human race. 

Who are astonished by the apparent lack of any true and real intelligence, wisdom and perception amongst the vast majority of people living on the earth.  

Who are shocked by the cruelty which the human species inflicts upon so many other living creatures.

Who are lost for words at the way in which human beings have treated one another 

throughout their history. 

Who are disgusted with the way the human species is destroying its own environment 

and also the environment of all the earth's living creatures.  

Individuals who would not necessarily have chosen to be born as human beings 

if they had been given the choice. 

Who consider the limitations, frustrations and absurdities of the human condition 

almost too much to bear. 

Who are dismayed and disillusioned with belonging to a species that begins to age 

and degenerate after just 40 years of existence and has a life-span 

which is less than that of a tortoise. 

Individuals who desired a life beyond a normal human existence. 

A life that is truly worth the effort of being in existence for. 

A life that is truly worth living. 

Individuals who dared to challenge the fundamental nature of their own human identity.  

An identity that was arbitrarily and artificially super-imposed upon them at their birth.  

Individuals who used their higher noetic faculties to re-create themselves 

as completely new human beings;

not as creations derived from their class, culture or society, or from a mother's instincts 

or a father's will, but as self-manifested and self-designated original entities.

Individuals who have risen above this ego-dominated world.  

This world of proud men.  This world dominated by the ego and the hubris of mankind.  

Individuals whose fundamental nature is not dictated or determined by their gender, 

and is entirely distinct and different from both the male and female principles, ... 

for they are without the faults of either, yet possessing the qualities of both.  

Individuals who appear strangely out of place among human beings, yet who would be 

perfectly at home in the company of angels.  

Individuals who consider love, kindness and compassion, for both humans and animals, 

as being among the very greatest 

of all qualities found within the consciousness of sentient beings.  

Individuals who possess the greatest empathy, sympathy and compassion 

for all peaceful organisms and also for their fellow human beings, even though they may not often agree with the ways in which they usually think, act, reason or behave.  

Individuals who anticipate the future evolution of a new, unified and advanced human paradigm of universal empathy, love and harmony combined with logical, rational and responsible thought and behaviour within an improved and evolving rational human society, together with exponential intellectual and spiritual development as the fundamental basis 

for the genesis of a new, harmonious and advanced Earth-based human civilisation.  

These incredibly rare and exceptional individuals could surely act as intermediaries 

and intercessors between this, the human world and the cosmic world.

They will be the new Prophets of  a new age, 

They will be the new Philosophers of a wonderous future,  

They will be the Poets who would tell of a golden age to come, 

They will be the Dreamers whose minds will create a better world, 

They will be the Visionaries who will guide us towards our true destiny.  

They will transcend reality, transfigure our consciousness, 

heighten our perception and re-conceptualise existence itself.   

They will appear and walk upon this Earth almost as numinous beings 

amongst women and men.

As such, these individuals will be the most valuable humans on our Planet.  

These individuals could be, and indeed would be, our principle ambassadors, whom we would require to communicate on a fundamentally higher level with ...
