Important Notification

This is perhaps the most controversial page of this website, so please read it carefully, thoughtfully, 

with an open mind, ... and without jumping immediately to any unnecessary, incorrect, premature, 

ill-judged or irrational conclusions.  

Metta is not, ... never has been, ... and will never be, a member, follower or an affiliate 

of any human secret society or esoteric organisation, or indeed, of The New World Order.  Neither does he necessarily agree with or advocate their methods, underlying philosophies and beliefs, and their ways of doing things.  However, that said, he does acknowledge the fact that several of the principles, aims and goals of certain esoteric organisations on this planet, and The New World Order itself are, indeed (at least as far as is currently apparent) both rational and sensible, ... and are also in accordance with some of his own ideas and principles, ... and especially one in particular.  That is, the protection, preservation and future long-term well-being of the planet Earth and its ecosystems. 

The New Humanity

The New Humanity is coming soon.  It is currently being organised by benign, highly advanced and intelligent extraterrestrial races, their agents on Earth, and also the benign, advanced and more spiritually evolved human beings of higher consciousness, ... those who are termed Star Seeds, Empaths, Lightworkers, Indigos and many other designations, ... who wish to protect and care for this planet in a way and to an extent that the human beings of the current humanity (The Old Humanity) could and have, never accomplished, or even desired to accomplish.  

The custodianship of this world has been in the hands of the human beings of The Old Humanity for tens of thousands of years, but they, of course, have proved to be terrible stewards, and disastrous custodians of this beautiful planet.  

Besides being highly competitive, aggressive, volatile and also highly destructive to themselves, the human beings comprising the human species of The Old/Current Humanity has also caused extensive damage and destruction to the eco systems, environment and biosphere of their own home planet which they call 'Earth'.  If that situation was not already bad enough, they now possess nuclear weapons which have the capability of completely destroying all life on the planet and also even rendering the planet permanently uninhabitable.  

This situation cannot be allowed to continue.  Consequently, the Galactic Federation of Extraterrestrial Races decided to take action in the mid 20 century (immediately after the first atomic bomb was detonated) to protect and preserve the planet by initiating the programme and the mission of the transference of the overall custodianship of the planet from The Old Humanity to themselves, their compatriots on Earth, and the aforementioned humans of higher consciousness, and this is currently being organised by the Federation and through their extraterrestrial / human hybrids on Earth.  

This programme is currently underway.  In the meantime, until the transference of custodianship occurs, all human nuclear missile bases on the planet are being constantly monitored and policed by the interstellar craft of the Galactic Federation, in order to ensure that any future human conflicts using nuclear weapons are avoided.  

Upon the completion of this mission the planet Earth will be under the new stewardship 

of what will be termed 'The New Humanity'.  The New Humanity will be comprised of extraterrestrial hybrids, Star Seeds, meta humans and other beings of higher consciousness.  Then, this beautiful planet will be fully secure and safe from the dangers, defilements and degradations inflicted upon the Earth by the current (Old Humanity) human custodians.  

However, until this occurs it is largely The New World Order which, in the West, and in the 

English-speaking countries is in control of this planet.       

Some Positive Aspects of The New World Order

Many condemn The New World Order and the esoteric organisations which operate, control or support it, however like almost everything in life, most things in existence have both their good and bad aspects.  Some goals, policies and concepts of The New World Order are, of course entirely rational, logical and beneficial to the planet as a whole, provided of course that they are carried out and adhered to by and in accordance with ethical principles and moral standards.  I would only support them if this was the case.

To the millions of people who condemn The New World Order totally I will say this.  If it were not for the military forces of The New World Order, Fascism would have prevailed and taken over the world in the middle of the last century, and in particular, Adolf Hitler and his totalitarian genocidal war machine would have turned this planet into a planet of death camps, wide-spread slavery and a racist breading programme.  Also consider the fact that it was largely the scientists within The New World Order who gave us the modern world as we know it today.  Without The New World Order and its technological revolutions and expertise there would be no computers, no internet, laptops, no mobile phones, and 

no Facebook, ... for their financial investments and technological innovations (admittedly, almost all of which are based on extraterrestrial technology recovered from crashed interplanetary craft) created for us all of these new technologies.  Without the NWO you would not be reading these words right now.      

The global problem of the environmental degradation of the planet by the human species is without a doubt the most important issue which now needs to be addressed.  Since this environmental degradation is fundamentally driven almost entirely by the human overpopulation of the planet, the reduction of the human population using, of course, only benign and ethical methods, is now of paramount importance.  The organisations which comprise the administration of The New World Order now appear, at last, to be addressing this planet-threatening problem.  

Environmentalists, nature conservationists, naturalists and all other enthusiasts and supporters of wildlife, natural habitats, the environment and the natural world (not to mention solitude and 

peace and quiet!) should rejoice, finally be happy, and breath a huge sigh of relief, because hope is now in sight and the possibility of saving our besieged and battered planet, its biosphere and its indigenous plants and animals from the depredations, destruction and exploitation by the human species will hopefully soon become a reality.  

Beginning in the year 2024 (or soon thereafter) and starting apace by the year 2030, ... 

90% of all pollution, deforestation, habitat destruction, land degradation and wildlife annihilation, etc. (all caused, of course, by one species only, ... the human species) will or should begin 

to considerably diminish or to cease almost altogether ! 

The apparent reason for this spectacular miracle of environmental salvation appears to be the fact that at this point in the Earth's history, it appears that the environmentalists within The New World Order organisation (in order to prevent and avoid a potential forthcoming environmental catastrophe) plan 

gradually to decrease (over many generations) the world's human population by up to 80% 

(apparently, hopefully and presumably through an entirely ethical and benevolent integrated programme of enhanced family planning techniques, the education of women, and improved contraception methods, etc.).  

This policy and programme presumably and hopefully, will be undertaken in an ethical manner, 

without hurting, abusing or killing any human beings.  I would only be in support of such a population reduction programme on the condition that it was carried out ethically, mercifully, gradually and without abusing or removing those human rights which are logical and rational.

Human Overpopulation Has Now Reached Ridiculous And Also Dangerous Levels

Human beings are a reasonably acceptable and potentially a decent species, but definitely not 8 billion of them crammed on to a relatively small planet !  I love dogs (I have 2 myself) but I, of course, would not want 80 of them running around in my moderately sized house !  Just imagine the mess, the chaos, 

the aggravation and the sheer amount of dog urine and excrement there would be !  

I posit this example as it is actually a very good analogy for the current human overpopulation crisis of this planet (just substitute the example of having too many dogs in your house, ... with there being too many humans on the planet).  The chaos, the overcrowding and the pollution is simply intolerable, completely irrational, and also, more importantly, totally unnecessary.  The fact is, that it only take a few hundred million human beings, at the very most, to look after, and be the stewards and custodians of a planet like the Earth, ... certainly not 8 billion !  Anything more than a few hundred million human beings on this planet, surely, is totally surplus to requirements. 

Metta's Definitive Statement on The New World Order

Originally envisaged and proposed, at least in a rudimentary way, by the great philosopher, polymath and statesman, Sir Francis Bacon (1561-1626) and now currently being introduced and implemented by a coalition of several venerable and prestigious esoteric organisations, The New World Order, or as Bacon referred to it, ... The New Atlantis, is now becoming a reality. 

Also equated with and related to The New Age and a host of other euphemistic designations 

(such as the Great Reset), 

The New World Order, here and now, at the beginning of the 21 century has arrived coinciding with the start of The New Age of Aquarius.  Its aims and goals are many.  Most will be good for the planet, most will advance human civilisation, most will be good for the environment, most will be conducive to the advancement of science, technology and space exploration.  However, along with all of these improvements and advancements there will also have to occur great upheavals, modifications and changes within humanity and the human population of this planet, many of which will not be welcomed by most human inhabitants of this world.  

Concerning this controversial subject, Metta wishes to make it clear right from the start that although he fully agrees and concurs, in theory and in principle at least, with some of the fundamental precepts, ideas, philosophy, goals and aims of The New World Order, this concurrence is conditional only on the proviso that its aims and goals are undertaken, achieved and implemented within at least a reasonably ethical framework, and for the most part, within the boundaries of ethical and humane conduct, and in accordance with the basic precepts and principles of civilised human behaviour, and also provided that the more rational and logical, of what are considered by many to be basic human rights, are respected and remain unviolated.  

The current right and prerogative of the human species, to produce, indefinitely, more human beings 

by the process of sexual reproduction, 

in an already ridiculously overpopulated world, is not, of course, 

a human right which can be tolerated any further.   

The very existence of all life on this planet depends upon this. 

Introduction

On December 21, 2020, in accordance with the progress of the precession of the Equinox(es), 

the Earth passed from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius, 

and a new age in humanity's history began.  

The New Age which has been awaited for so long by almost all spiritually and philosophically aware people, had finally arrived.  The beginning of this New Age of Aquarius is the time for a rebirth and 

a re-evaluation of almost all human concepts, values and philosophy, and also represents the greatest opportunity  in recent history for humanity to achieve a shift towards a higher level of civilization and a higher consciousness.  

Now, not long after the beginning of the second millennium A.D. (according to the Christian calendar) humanity has reached a stage in its evolution when it must advance to a higher level of civilization and unite as one global species for the common interest and the preservation of the planet and its natural environments.  This planet is currently our only home and the human species' only life support system, and it must be protected and preserved at all costs, including any costs, inconveniences and sacrifices 

which may have to be endured by human beings.  

The period of humanity's long history of tribal warfare, aggression, division and competition between nations must now end and all nations must now begin to work together in harmony for the common good of humanity, the environment, the Earth's natural eco-systems, the Earth's multitude of other species, and the biosphere of the planet. 

The Georgia Guidestones 

These enigmatic monoliths were conceived, commissioned, inscribed and erected by an august and venerable, philosophic and spiritual esoteric organisation of which Metta is fully aware and has studied in some detail but whose identity cannot be revealed here. 

The Georgia Guidestones were erected in the previous century and are a collection of granite monoliths upon which are inscribed in several different languages a written set of edicts or directives pertaining to humanity, the future of the human species and ultimately the future of the Earth.  

All of the edicts in Metta's opinion are entirely logical and rational, and also absolutely essential and necessary, and if put into practice, would initiate the beginning of a higher and superior human civilisation on this Earth. 

These ten directives represent and would serve as an initial blueprint and guide to the first stage of the creation of a more rational and truly superior human race, and a far more rationally managed planet.

The Importance of Human Population Stabilisation, Control and Reduction

By far the biggest threat which currently faces this planet is the problem of human overpopulation.

Human beings consume and waste valuable resources, destroy natural environments, steal and convert natural eco-systems to serve their own ends, hunt, exploit and even make extinct other animal species, pollute the air, the land, rivers and seas, ... and as a species, they do all this without hardly giving any consideration to the other animals and plants with which they share this planet.

The human species has become so dominant and 'successful' that it has grossly overpopulated 

its own home planet.  

In fact, it has overpopulated its home planet by an astonishing and very detrimental quantity.  

Human beings, especially modern and materialistic human beings, generally have a very destructive effect upon the natural environment and upon almost all other species of plant and animal on the planet.  As their numbers grow, so does the damage and destruction they cause to the Earth's biosphere and biodiversity.  Radical reduction of the human population of the Earth is now not simply desirable, 

it is absolute essential for the survival of not just the millions of other species which share this planet with us, but also to humanity itself. 

The optimum carrying capacity of human beings on this planet was exceeded not just centuries ago but millennia ago.  The maximum and/or optimum human population of this planet should never exceed approximately half a billion at the very most, yet the human population today is in exceedance of seven billion (and still increasing!) and this has caused disastrous effects upon the Earth's environment and plant and animal species.  It is plainly obvious to any intelligent person that the radical reduction of the human population is now necessary in order to protect and preserve the world's ecosystems, 

bio-diversity and natural environments. 

Ethical Methods of Human Population Reduction  

In order to reduce the world's human overpopulation problem Metta has devised and advocates a number of ethical methods of gradually reducing the enormous pressure on the environment and the world's resources caused largely as a direct result of the relatively recent human population explosion.  Included amongst these methods are the following: ... the reduction or even complete removal of taxation on couples remaining child-free (not procreating), ... financial benefits for couples agreeing not to produce children, ... educational incentives and benefits including free university level education for all couples/people agreeing not to increase the human population.

Four of the Most Logical, Rational, Intelligent and Compassionate 

Ideas and Practices Ever Undertaken by Humanity 

(provided of course that they are undertaken rationally, voluntarily, legally and ethically)

1. Abortion (ethical and voluntary early stage abortion only - up to 2 months)

2. Birth Control / Contraception (ethical and voluntary forms only)

3. Euthanasia (ethical, legal, voluntary and consciously undertaken only)

4. Eugenics (ethical, legal, rational and moderate forms of eugenics only)

Apart from helping to control the growth of the human population, the four practices listed above are arguably the most rational, logical, intelligent, altruistic and compassionate activities which were undertaken by almost all civilised societies throughout human history, ... yet they are all frowned upon by many people and discouraged, forbidden or are even illegal in many countries.

Abortion, of course, prevents the birth of deformed and severely physically impaired babies, and the birth of children into desperately poor or neglectful existences, and also to entirely inappropriate, inadequate, abusive and exploitative parents and the creation of children whose lives have no real future.

Birth Control / Contraception prevents the conception of unwanted and unnecessary human beings in the first instance, and therefore precludes the need for abortion in cases where a child was not wanted.  

Wide-spread and widely-practised contraception can have a considerable effect on population growth. 

Euthanasia, practised ethically, has two beneficial effects in that it allows people to depart this life in dignity whenever they wish and also reduces burdens on society.

Eugenics, which was given a bad name in previous centuries by dictators who took its principles to wild extremes which included mass ethnic cleansing and selective genocide, ... is nevertheless, one of humanity's most logical and rational policies, and is a practice which was undertaken by almost all civilized societies in the ancient past.  Eugenics, when practised ethically, legally and with the best intentions and the interests of all concerned is surely one of the hallmarks of 

an advanced and rational civilisation.  

Feminism and the education and empowerment of women across the world is also a crucial factor in stabilising and reducing the human population.  This, of course, is due to the fact that these phenomena give women more control of their lives and reproductive systems.

The Case For Abortion In Necessary Or Exceptional Circumstances

There are many cases, situations and circumstances in life where early-stage abortion is not only morally justified but morally and ethically essential and completely vindicated, ... as described in the following two circumstances.

QUESTION ? : If an ultrasound scan is taken of a woman who is in the early stages of pregnancy 

and it is discovered that her baby has neither arms, legs or eyes, should it be aborted ? 

ANSWER ! : Absolutely, to do otherwise would be the cruellest thing imaginable to inflict upon an innocent unborn soul.  A life of unimaginable misery, sadness, embarrassment, struggle and ridicule (concerning this particular circumstance, ...

QUESTION ? : If a teenage girl in the first week of her University undergraduate course is raped 

by a mentally deranged psychopath and then discovers to her horror a month or two later, 

that she is pregnant with that monster's baby, ... should she and does she have the right to 

have that baby aborted ?  

ANSWER ! : Absolutely.  Of course, she should an she does.  To do otherwise would not only 

ruin that girl's chances of successfully obtaining a Higher Education and University Degree, 

but would also quite possibly, create another psychopath in this world.  

It would also break every rule of compassion and common decency and universal law.

The New World Order 

The New World Order (NWO) is the general term used to describe a well-documented international enterprise, founded and organised centuries ago, and which is apparently, now organised and promoted by many diverse, yet affiliated esoteric organisations, philosophical groups, political bodies, futurists, environmentalists and nature conservation groups.  

The NWO is by no means a new concept or idea, having been in existence, at least as a grand idea and a philosophical theory for many centuries.  

Combining elements of enlightenment philosophy, the ideals of classical antiquity, 

futurism and technology, the NWO has the creation of a more advanced and rational human civilization on Earth as one of its main goals. 

Its foremost goal is the creation of a unified global civilisation with one central government.  Also, apparently high on the list of priorities is the protection and preservation of the Earth's natural environment through the limiting of human population growth and sustainable development.  One of the esoteric organisations which apparently advocates and supports the implementation and advancement of at least some of the goals of the NWO is actually the one which constructed and inscribed the Georgia Guidestones. 

Most of the sensible goals and rational directives which are described on those stones are similar to, or even exactly the same as many of the apparent aims and goals of the NWO.  

    Provided that its goals, aims and methods are undertaken ethically, morally and also upholding those human rights which are realistically self-evident to be rational and logical, it has the support of Metta. Metta considers all of the above endeavours to be both worthy and rational, and therefore supports 

these aspects of the NWO and the creators of the Georgia Guidestones 

in their plans and efforts to improve the world. 

This is, of course, provided that the methods employed in order to bring about these changes and improvements are moral, ethical, legal and honest in their nature and are undertaken and kept within the boundaries of civilised human behaviour and conduct, and also that most basic human rights and currently existing legal and ethical practices are preserved and are practised, implemented and incorporated into the New Order.

Metta's New Human Civilisation 

Many decades ago, when he was in his teens and mid-twenties, Metta was already fully aware of the environmental damage and destruction that the human species was inflicting upon its own home planet.  He was also aware of the atrocious and devastating behaviour and activities that have been carried out by the human species during its long, bloody and environmentally catastrophic history.  All human civilisations, throughout history, even those that were highly cultured and relatively sophisticated have, nevertheless, caused enormous environmental damage, such as deforestation and wide-spread and unquantifiable misery, death and destruction to almost all other species of plants and animals, with which humanity lives amongst and shares this planet. 

The greedy, selfish and tribalistic nature of the human species has also been a blight upon humanity itself throughout its history.  Almost constant conflict, turmoil, war, competition, genocide, murder, rape and pillage have been a prominent and reoccurring theme, and an almost institutionalised and endemic aspect of the lamentable human condition.  Something is obviously terribly wrong with human nature and the human condition.  Also profoundly apparent is the fact that the wholly dysfunctional human species has proved to be a terrible custodian and steward of its one and only home planet, which it has defiled and exploited for its own gain and without any regard for other Earth species.

It is also clearly obvious from the empirical evidence, that the vast majority of human beings are irrational, over-emotional, illogical and very selfish and self-centered. 

In response to this situation, especially the gross mismanagement of their home planet by the human species, Metta, during his mid-twenties, devised and formulated a plan and a blueprint for an entirely new human civilisation, which must be implemented in order to save this planet, its natural environment and its wonderful diversity of life.  Aptly named 'The New Human Civilisation', Metta's master plan, proposal and blueprint for a superior and more advanced and rational human civilisation on Earth was fully completed, in theory, by the time Metta reached his mid-twenties.  

At the time of Metta's conception and devising his New Human Civilisation, he was not aware of the existence of either The New World Order and its plans for the future of humanity, nor of the Georgia Guidestones and its directives for improvement of human society, culture and the rational custodianship and management of the planet Earth.  Both of these blueprints for the future of human civilisation were completely unknown to him at the time when he conceived and formulated his New Human Civilisation. 

This is the reason why, although very similar in nature, there are several noticeable differences apparent if one compares Metta's vision of the future with those of the NWO and the esoteric organisation which inscribed the Georgia Guidestones.  However, the similarities of Metta's New Human Civilisation with those of the other two are certainly striking. 

Metta has also produced a list of his Ten Directives to Humanity, which he proposes should replace the Judeo-Christian ten commandments as the new basic ethical code for the 21 century and beyond.  

In these Ten Directives it will be noticed that Metta has made his Tenth Directive to be exactly the same as the last directive of the Georgia Guidestones ("leave room for nature").  

He has done this deliberately and specifically as a way of honouring and acknowledging that great work, which is the Georgia Guidestones.
