The New Human Civilisation

A New Human Civilisation on Earth

In order to evolve into a higher state, humanity needs the example and the guidance 

of a new and higher human civilisation on Earth. 

A civilisation which has the purpose and the role of directing and leading the rest of humanity, 

or at least, initially, an appointed and selected portion of it, towards a more civilised and enlightened future and into a new 'Golden Age' of peace, reason and heightened consciousness.

The Foundation For a New Human Civilisation

Founded in the year 2000 by Metta himself, the foundation was created specifically for the purpose described above.  Through its ignorance, selfishness, greed, indifference, destructiveness and ruthlessly competitive behaviour, the human species as it currently exists has proved to be a highly dysfunctional organism and a very poor custodian of the Planet Earth.

This problem has reached such a point that the human species now poses a direct threat to its own existence and to the continued existence of life on its own home planet.

In order to prevent possible intervention by a non-terrestrial, inter-planetary source it is now imperative that a new and more rational human civilisation is created which will guide and direct the future logical and rational governance of this Planet, and will also serve to initiate the process by which humanity will evolve into a more responsible, enlightened and psychologically mature species.

Metta's vision, proposals and instructions for the formation of this new and truly civilised, logical, responsible, rational and united Earth civilisation can be obtained in detail by contacting us via email. Metta also intends, as a part of his overall strategy, to establish an appropriately located and centralised Headquarters for his foundation in mainland Europe, preferably in the close vicinity of the 

United Nations' Central European Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

A place where liaison can occur between the two organisations. 

Failing this, a base for the Foundation anywhere in Central or Southern Europe 

would also be considered,  ( or failing this almost anywhere in the world  ).  

Metta has the vision, the ideas and the leadership qualities to create, organise and operate an initial, embryonic, prototype New Human Civilisation on Earth.   The administration of this Civilisation would however be undertaken by a council of 100 elected, selected and monitored wise, ethical, trusted and responsible individuals - as is the case, and the practice on other, more advanced and civilised worlds.  

However, what is now required is a large enough building which can function as the Headquarters of this embryonic prototype civilisation, and serve as a base for a community of higher human beings who will embody its precepts, ideals and core principles.   This centre of the New Human Civilisation will form the central core from which its influence and ideas will spread and disseminate across the Globe.  

In order to facilitate the acquisition of such a property, we are seeking a benefactor or patron who will donate such a property to our project.   

The project of the creation of A New Human Civilisation is designed to improve human nature, solve the human condition, lead humanity to a higher level of consciousness, to a better future, ... 

and could also be the saviour of this Planet.   

Humanity, at this point in its history, needs to attain, achieve and acquire a new and vastly improved higher civilisation for its own species.  Thus, human civilisation can begin to advance in real terms.  

In this new civilisation men must learn to control the destructive and dominating side of their nature and women must do likewise with the negative aspects of their nature.  

Only through this improvement of the human genders can a real human utopia of peace, love, logic, understanding and harmony be achieved.  The human species will also only reach its full potential and progress further in its evolutionary process when the two human genders co-exist within a state of perfect, exact and absolute equality and equilibrium.   This unequivocal reconciliation of the genders is of the utmost importance to humanity and is essential to the future evolution of the species.  

A new utopia of enlightened individuals, created, reared, taught and mentored by other enlightened individuals is now urgently required in order to  sustain future life on this planet.  

It is to be a world were everyone has a real meaning to their lives and a true reason to exist.  

A world where every individual human being is created by a meaningful and rational process, 

and for a meaningful and rational purpose.  

Administration and Governance

This would be largely based on the Classical Greek and Roman Republic models of governance.  

There would be a Senate of both elected and appointed individuals, which would be supplemented with 

a Congress of Representatives similar to the United States, French and British Parliament examples.  However, there would be many fundamental differences in the governance 

of the New Human Civilisation to that which exists in the current situation.   For instance, there would exist no politicians or other career-orientated statesmen as exists in today's human civilisation.  

There would also be no political parties, constantly battling with each other and attempting 

to undermine each other's policies.  Also, unique and ground-breaking is the fact that there would be no central figure, primary leader or figure head, such as a president, monarch or prime minister as is currently the case in all contemporary human nations.  

Metta, although the Founder and Organiser of the New Human Civilisation, would however only play 

a background advisory role and possess no power.  

If the New Human Civilisation were to become a globally pervasive phenomenon, it would then be appropriate for it to liaise with and function alongside the already long-established 

United Nation Organisation, which was formed within the old human civilisation. 

This will be a civilisation, which will co-exist with the current, already existing human civilisation, but initially isolated from it geographically.  A prototype new society which will serve to guide, instruct and advance the rest of humanity.  Humanity will never be taken seriously by advanced races, as a potential interstellar race, until it eliminates its divisions and conflicts and becomes one stable, peaceful, 

advanced and harmonious planetary civilisation. 

If you wish to be considered as a candidate to be included amongst the first human beings who will comprise the founders of this new human civilisation, you can register with us and apply for an interview, in order to be considered for a place.  We will then decide and determine whether you may be a suitable candidate to be included within the group of human beings who will be the founders and who will also be instrumental in leading humanity from its current dysfunctional and discordant state into a New Golden Age, ... of a New and Transformative Enlightenment.

THE TWELVE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF 

THE NEW EARTH CIVILISATION 

1.  World unification under a universal human paradigm of harmony and cooperation.  

2.  Supercedence (not replacement) of all world religions, cults and political ideologies 

with a unifying one world philosophy. 

(A philosophy which would retain, incorporate and combine the desirable aspects and features 

of all the above, ... for there is much valuable wisdom, sound ethics and desirable teachings in many religions and socio-political ideologies)

3.  Greed, selfishness and competition to be replaced with 

rational, responsible and logical reasoning and cooperation on all levels of human existence.  

4.  A sustainable resource-based economy to replace the current unsustainable money-based economy. 

5.  Social equality, inter-cultural harmony and the reconciliation of the male and female genders 

to replace the current model of conflict, competition and rivalry.  

6.  Human population not to exceed the ecologically determined 

carrying capacity of the planet Earth.  (A rational and sustainable human procreation model). 

7.  Creation of a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural human Earth population working together in harmony for the good of the species and of the planet, united under a single language ( English ) in order to unify the world and prevent future wars. 

8.  Obsolete and outdated hierarchies and social structures to be re-evaluated and questioned 

as to their validity and usefulness.  

9.  A global Ecological model introduced to replace the current global, unsustainable and environmentally destructive Economic paradigm 

as the primary factor of importance to humanity.  

10.  Councils of merito-demographically appointed intellectuals, philosophers and scientists 

to replace politicians as the form of governance and decision-making for all countries.  

Meritocratic demographically elected representation to replace democratically elected representation.  

11.  Responsible, rational, and accountable procreation and parenting to be made mandatory throughout the Earth, ... primarily for the sake of the children involved.  Ethical and responsible procreation 

to replace the current irresponsible attitude to creating new human beings. 

12.  Respect for nature.  Protection of the environment and all of the species 

with which humanity shares its Planet.  Human development and the growth of towns and cities 

to be limited.  All pollution of the Planet's life support systems to cease.  Damage to the environment to be punished not with small and ineffective fines, as at present, but with prison sentences. 

Further Considerations  

Licences to be required for couples wishing to have the privilege of becoming parents. 

All intelligent, solvent, professional, responsible  and law-abiding people intending to procreate children would obviously have no problems at all in obtaining the licence.  

Previously convicted and subsequently released paedophiles, child molesters, murderers, rapists, people with severe congenital diseases and mental abnormalities, and also certified psychopaths, sociopaths, the destitute, homeless, poverty stricken and permanently unemployed would obviously not be able to obtain the required licence to procreate children. 

Individuals with extensive and / or serious criminal records would also forfeit their right to procreate.

(Why is an official licence required for driving a car, but not for the highly consequential and extremely significant undertaking of creating a new human being ?)

The creation of a universal charter and enforceable laws to protect the, as yet, unconceived 

human being from being born into a future life of poverty, abuse, slavery or deprivation.  

Inadequate, oppressive or aggressive parenting discouraged by legal measures.  

All forms of psychological child abuse to be outlawed.  

All forms of deliberate child indoctrination by parents or institutions to be made illegal.  

All children (including adult children) to be given full and accessible legal rights to charge and sue their own parents for irresponsible procreation, inadequate parenting, unsatisfactory upbringing and adverse or deficient childhood environments.  

No individual with a proven history and record of violent and abusive behaviour to be allowed 

to procreate, ... (we currently live in an irrational and dysfunctional civilisation, in which proven and convicted paedophiles, child molesters, murderers and rapists, ... after they have served their sentences and been released from prison, .... are then completely within their rights, perfectly legally entitled and freely at liberty, ... to procreate and rear as many children as they wish). 

Fewer human beings to be produced, and these to be given a far better quality of life and education (quality is what matters in life, ... not quantity).  

The act of procreating and becoming a parent, and the rearing of children is to be regarded 

as a great honour and a privilege to be earned, ... 

rather than as a common, basic human right, as is currently the case.  

Children are precious.  Children must be protected from the naivety, inadequacies, mistakes and shortcomings of adults, ... and especially those of their parents. 

All civilisations begin with their precious, priceless children.  

Children will always be the hope for the future civilisation of human beings.

The current crime and punishment cyclical model which has existed for millennia, is largely unworkable and dysfunctional, often perpetuates the very crime it is meant to discourage, and obviously treats only the symptoms of crime, ... not the underlying causes, ... 

is to be replaced with an alternative and advanced almost crime-free society founded and functioning according to the fundamental principles of rational good conduct and logical and ethical self-regulation.  

A completely new, advanced, social model, which simply does not allow premeditated 

criminal behaviour, and where criminal mentality is simply not necessary.  

Crime and corruption would effectively be abolished and would almost completely disappear.  

In a much smaller and therefore far more manageable, human population of properly educated, ethical, moral, happy and content human beings, crime would no longer be a necessary activity.

All of these 12 fundamental elements would be required and have to be implemented in order to advance human civilisation on Earth to the point where it would have the opportunity to become a unified, peaceful and advanced interplanetary civilisation.  A celestial civilisation capable and worthy of communication with other celestial and also interplanetary civilisations.  

Preventative Measures to Preclude the Formation of a Global Totalitarian Dictatorship Coming into Power and Taking Control 

of the New Human Civilisation 

1. No single country, nation, race, creed or other human power would have more power or control 

in the world than any other. 

2. Each country or nation would retain enough of its own sovereignty, independence and a military force in order to be able to defend itself.  

3. Although a global military force and a United Nations' peace-keeping force would both exist within 

the New Human Civilisation, neither would be allowed to assume command at a global level. 

A world government, based partly upon the current United Nations would ensure that no single nation, or any other organisation could take complete dominion over the rest of human civilisation.

Independence and Separation

For the first few hundred years of its existence, however, the new earth civilisation is not intended to replace the current human civilisation, but to exist alongside it as a smaller, elite civilisation within a civilisation.  It would exist entirely separately and never become involved in the affairs of the old human civilisation, ... the established civilisation of unevolved humanity, 

from which it would be completely disassociated. 

Furthermore, the new earth civilisation is not intended to either immediately or completely supersede or replace the current human earth civilisation with its traditional political systems and orthodox traditional religions, but merely to exist alongside it, yet completely separate from it.  

The new civilisation would be a non-political, non-religious and non-ideological separate entity which would not affect or interfere with the old established order of Rulers/Politics/Religion, which is so prevalent and ingrained in the Old Human Civilisation.  

It is presumed that the old, pre-existing human civilisation would continue to exist, unchanged, 

as it has done so for thousands of years.

The new earth civilisation would incorporate and operate a policy of non-interference with pre-existing human civilisation and its political, social, governmental, state, monarchic and religious systems. 

Although existing contemporaneously on the same planet, 

the two civilisations would be completely separated from each other as they would, of course, be completely mutually unacceptable and incompatible with each other.  

All members of the new earth civilisation would be precluded from interfering or associating with any aspect of the old human civilisation, especially its political and religious systems. 

Because of this separation, independence and non-involvement between the two civilisations, 

people who have a vested interest in the old civilisation should not feel  threatened or intimidated 

by its potential coming into being or in its existence, as its existence would not pose any threat to the established order of the current human earth civilisation 

or the continuation of its political, social, economic and religious systems. 

It is sincerely hoped, however, that one day, 

perhaps in the far distant future, this superior and worthy civilisation might be transferred to, and become established and paramount within a newly colonised planet within our galaxy.

Do not think more highly of yourself than you do of any other human being. 

(the dissolution of ego-centricism)

Do not dislike or feel superior to anyone simply because they are, or appear different to yourself. 

(the dissolution of social and racial discrimination)

Do not value, promote or think more highly of your own country, nation or nationality 

than you would of any other.  

Almost all wars on Earth have been caused either by nationalism or by organised religion 

and their dogmas.

(the dissolution of nationalism) 

Do not create new human beings for whom you, yourself, do not personally possess adequate, plentiful and reliable resources in order to feed, care for, mentor and educate to a very high standard.  

(the dissolution of irresponsible procreation)

Do not bequeath to any of your children more than 1 million pounds and 1 property in your will. 

(the limitation of inherited wealth and therefore social inequality)

Do  not marry anyone whom you do not truly love on a very deep and spiritual level. 

(the dissolution of superficial marriages)

Give respect, love and honour to your parents only when, and if, they truly deserve it, 

and have earned it. 

(the dissolution of compulsory, misplaced or misappropriate respect for one's progenitors)

Do not do to any other human being that which you would not wish to be done to yourself.  

(the dissolution of selfish or cruel acts -- deceit, theft, murder, adultery, ridicule, etc.)

Show kindness, love, respect, empathy, mercy and compassion to all other human beings and 

to all living things, at all times, ... unless they forfeit their right to these 

by their bad or malicious conduct or behaviour. 

(the practice of compassion for other human beings and Earth's living creatures)

Be confident and bold, yet also humble, truthful, modest and respectful,... and conduct yourself with integrity in human society at all times.  

(the cultivation of good character)

Do not ridicule, feel superior to or look down upon other human beings who are disadvantaged, underprivileged, disabled or otherwise less fortunate than yourself.  

(the dissolution of personal superiority)

Do not create offspring if you cannot bestow them with beneficial material possessions or 

financial bequeathments, such as land, property, investments, money, ... once they reach adulthood, 

in order to give them a strong foundation and a good start in life.  

(the dissolution of avoidable poverty through refraining from procreating poor people)

Do not indoctrinate, condition, imprint, program or brainwash your, or anyone else's children, 

with your, or anyone else's personally held belief systems, dogmas, prejudices or political or national ideologies.  Teach children only facts and unbiased information and instruct them only in good morality and ethics, and then let them formulate their own world views, belief and value systems, 

and personal opinions.

Do no harm to any living creature except those of whom you are, first, truly and fully aware, are intent upon harming you, ... or those, who, through their actions, directly affect you or 

your existence in a negative way. 

(the dissolution of cruelty and abuse of animals)

Do not eat dead bodies.  Refrain from the primitive practice of eating corpses.  Allegedly intelligent and ethical beings, such as human beings, should not indulge in such bestial activities as the eating of corpses.  Be repulsed and reviled by the current human activity of consuming the dismembered body parts of unfortunate and sadly deceased animals.  

Do not murder (or sanction others to murder on your behalf) other living creatures 

with the intention of subsequently devouring their dead bodies.  

If you absolutely must indulge in the habit of eating the corpses of dead animals, then only consume those which have previously died of natural or accidental causes, ... 

or those that have been killed by the act of euthanasia.  

The practice of eating the corpses of dead animals should be an activity undertaken only by such lower Earth organisms as hyenas, wolves, rats, maggots, sharks and vultures, (all of which indulge in corpse eating) and not by human beings, who are supposed to occupy higher moral ground and 

be of a higher ethical order than such lowly creatures. 

Do not believe or consider that it is ethical, necessary and justifiable to destroy other lives simply 

in order to gratify your own gluttonous urges.

The brutal murdering and butchering of those innocent living creatures whose lives have been destroyed on your behalf, simply in order that you may have the pleasure of devouring their bodies, is surely bizarre, selfish, self-centered and unethical behaviour of the most extreme kind, especially for an allegedly intelligent and rational species, such as human beings claim to be. 

Do not believe or consider that it is necessary to destroy the lives of innocent animals 

merely in order to sustain your own, ... to destroy other lives simply in order to make yours 

more satisfying and pleasurable.

If you feel that you  must consume animal derived protein or have a medical condition 

which requires such protein, then adequate and sufficient, animal-based protein can be obtained from milk-based products and also the eggs of farmed or domesticated animals such as chickens, ostriches, or even frogs.  The farming and killing of animals, in order to eat their flesh is both unnecessary and unethical.  If you absolutely must eat the bodies of dead animals, then limit your consumption to open-water, sea fish, such as mackerel, sardines and other similar species.  

This will limit the destruction and pollution of natural land environments for animal-based farming purposes and also limit the destruction of seabed habitats.

This entire subject of killing and eating living creatures is, of course,  fundamentally relative to the living creature that is actually going to be killed and eaten.

Would not all human beings, very quickly and enthusiastically, advocate and support vegetarianism, 

if it were they, ... rather than other species, ... who were on the menu ?

Do not imprison and confine any living creatures used for animal husbandry in restricted, inadequate or unsanitary housing and conditions, such as cages, pens, factory farms or other cruel or barbaric environments, and do not treat any domesticated or farmed animals in ways 

that you, yourself, would not wish to be treated, if you had been born and were living your life 

as a domesticated or farmed animal.

Do not do any harm, damage or destruction to the birds of the air, the animals of the sea or the creatures of the land, or to their habitats.  Treat all benign and peaceful animals of the Earth with respect, mercy and compassion, ... from the largest of whales, to the tiniest of insects, ... for they have as much right to live on this Earth as you do, and also deserve the same degree of respect.

Always endeavour to think, act, and behave, ... not as humans do, but as a Being 

that possesses a higher consciousness than a human being would. 

(the promotion of the practice of higher consciousness)

Do not be duplicitous or deceitful.  Always show your true self and reveal your true intentions 

and emotions to others.  

(the dissolution of deceit)

Endeavour, or learn to control, or to moderate, the fundamental, underlying, negative, irrational and undesirable traits, characteristics, instincts and urges of your gender.  

MEN (competitive, reactionary, destructive, exploitative, controlling, aggressive, cynical, oppressive, territorial, suspicious, arrogant, misogynistic, racist, bigoted, belligerent, jingoistic,  nationalistic, tribalistic, defensive, insensitive, homophobic, sexist, militaristic, chauvinistic, xenophobic).  

WOMEN (impulsive, instinctual, irrational, capricious, emotional, petty, small-minded, superficial, manifesting overly zealous procreative and nurturing instincts, often leading to the unnecessary creation of too many new, superfluous, surplus human beings, ... leading to overcrowding and overpopulation and all their associated problems). 

(the dissolution of negative gender traits, undesirable gender characteristics, negative gender models, archetypes, stereotypes and negative gender-based behaviour patterns) 

Do not damage or destroy the wild plants, natural habitats, eco-systems or geographical land forms 

of the Earth, unless such actions are completely unavoidable under rational circumstances.  

Do not pollute, exploit, defile or desecrate, in any way, shape or form, the land, rivers, sea or air of this Planet Earth, which is your one and only Home Planet.

(These Ten Directives Represent a Replacement and Substitute 

for the Judaeo-Christian Ten Commandments) 

Introduction

The New Age of Humanity will not, in reality, be brought in and realised by crystals, astrology, meditation or living in communes or tents.  Neither will it be realised by placing microchip circuits 

in our brains or electronic smart devices in our homes.  For the former merely constitutes 

a return to a simpler state of mind or more primitive civilisation and 

the latter could lead to a dangerous technocracy.  

No, ... The New Age for the human species can only truly be brought into existence 

by the combination of the following five phenomena:

Love, peace and harmony within the human species through the fulfilment of righteousness. 

The psychological evolution of the human mind. 

The advancement of human civilisation through the unification of a divided humanity. 

The complete reconciliation, equilibrium and harmony of the human genders. 

The re-establishment of the Earth's environment and its habitats to its former extent, 

diversity and quality.  

Metta's Ten Directives For Humanity

1. Love one another. 

2. Fulfil all righteousness during your existence. 

3. Treat all benign living beings on your planet, as you yourself would wish to be treated. 

4. Practise unity and harmony.  End all divisions within your species and exist as one planetary race, with one language, one purpose and one philosophy. 

5. Act, behave and conduct yourself in accordance with the highest precepts and principles 

of human civilisation. 

6. Do not procreate unnecessarily, irresponsibly or over-zealously. 

7. Do not overpopulate your home planet, ... which you call 'Earth'.  

8. Do not pollute, defile, damage or exploit your planet for it is currently your only home.

9. Respect, protect and preserve with all vigour and diligence, the natural environment of your home planet, for the benefit of all Earth's species and for the future generations of your own species.

10. Leave room for nature, and its great diversity of species, of which you are merely one, ... 

and all of which have exactly the same right to exist as humans do.
