Welcome to our sanctuary for the broken-hearted,

the sad or disillusioned and those who have been crushed in spirit or injured in soul.

This is a sanctuary of love and peace

It is a place that was made for you 

A place where you will find unconditional love, peace of mind and

an easing of your emotional pain. 

We know you have suffered.

We understand what you have been through. 

We know the emotional pain which you have endured.

Maybe you have been devastated by grief, 

torn apart by guilt or deeply wounded with a broken heart ? 

Relax, take a deep breath and listen to this beautiful music, 

and know that whoever you are, and wherever you are, our thoughts and our hearts are with you in spirit.

Understand that you are now no longer alone with 

your sorrow and your grief.  

For we are with you now, and we will go through this experience together.

We do not need or want to know who you are, we just want to help you end 

your suffering and your pain.  

This world has put a heavy load upon you.  It is time to take off that heavy burden which you have been carrying for so long.  

The end of all your searching has arrived.  No one is a stranger at the Metta Healing Sanctuary, for here you are among friends.  

You have suffered far too much, and for too long.

We know the terrible pain that you have been in.  

Our Sanctuary is a unique place on this Earth.  

A place where you will be loved and listened to and understood, whoever you are.  

For you are, and you always will be accepted here, ..... 

as our sister, our brother, our mother, our father, or our child. 

Dearest Soul, 

The long road of your sorrow has now finally come to an end.  

It is time for you to cast off your emotional burdens which you have carried for so long.  

It is now time for you to take off that heavy load which this world has put upon 

your shoulders.  

The end of all your searching has now arrived and has come to an end at our door, 

which is and always will remain open to you, ... 

for you are no stranger here.  

Whoever you are, you are no stranger to us.  

Life can be so cruel and this world can be such a hostile place, 

a place where innocent people often get hurt.  

Our mission is to bring you out of all of your suffering, your pain and your grief.  

Our hearts are always open, our door is always kept unlocked and our arms are always outstretched for you, Dear Soul.  

Dearest One, 

Now just relax and be still, and begin to think of the distant past.  

Think of a time when you were truly happy.  

A time before your current problems began.  

Remember those times when you were young, happy and carefree, 

long before your troubles arose.  

Think of how those times might once again return in the future.  

Try to recollect how you ended up in the situation that you are currently in, 

and what events led up to it.  

Our Dearest Friend, 

By coming here , you have arrived at a unique place on this Earth. 

A place where you will be accepted, listened to, understood and emotionally 

and spiritually cared for.  

Our hearts are kind, our voices gentle, our eyes are loving, our minds are compassionate.  

Please do not be nervous or embarrassed about contacting us or about receiving our unconditional and purest spiritual love.  

You will receive it all, in time.  

You can, and you will, be whole, be happy and be joyous again. 

Your release and emergence from emotional pain is our greatest concern. 

 You will never be judged here, for this is a place where there is no human cruelty, 

callousness or condemnation.  

Here, there is no cynicism, no sarcasm and no criticism.

The Metta Healing Sanctuary was created in the year 2018 

to help, assist and support individuals who are afflicted by emotional pain or internal anguish, or who are going through an emotional trauma or crisis in their lives which 

may be the cause of emotional pain and suffering.  

Emotional trauma afflicts so many in this world and can happen to anyone 

at any time in their life.  

Metta's Twenty Five Joys of the Heart

Twenty Five States of Being, Ways of Virtue and Manifestations 

of Righteousness, Which If Practised by Every Human Being 

Would Transform Humanity  

To Acquire, Possess and Cultivate These Joys is also to Receive 

the Gifts of a Pure Heart, a Good Nature, a Psychological Cleansing and a Clean Conscience, for all the Days of Your Life 

How Many of These Joys Does Your Heart Currently Possess ? 

METTA'S  TWENTY FIVE JOYS OF THE HEART

Love - Peace - Kindness - Compassion 

Mercy - Sympathy - Empathy - Understanding Forgiveness - Constancy - Purity 

Patience - Gentleness - Goodwill - Generosity Honesty - Goodness - Grace - Humility 

Integrity - Steadfastness - Moderation

Truthfulness - Faithfulness - Righteousness 

These Joys of the Heart are the most valuable items anyone could possess, yet they simply cannot be purchased with any amount of money, and cannot be acquired through any amount of wealth, status or power. These are the qualities which cannot be acquired by a person who does not already possess them, unless that person's heart is first cleansed 

and their soul purified.  

These Joys of the Heart, ... if dwelling within every human being, would bring everlasting peace to this troubled world, and 

create a harmonious civilisation on Earth. 

To  acquire, receive and bestow these Joys of the Heart, should be the primary objective of any human being's personal life, beyond the obvious necessities of food, clothing, shelter and earning a living. 

Study and Reflect Upon These Words

Please study these words and their meaning very carefully, for they are amongst the most important words in any language.  Instil them into your mind, absorb them into your soul and put them into practice, and help turn this often cruel and troubled world into a better place.  

WHY DO MOST HUMAN BEINGS FIND IT SO DIFFICULT TO INCORPORATE THE ABOVE MANIFESTATIONS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS INTO THEIR MINDS AND THEIR LIVES, AND TO PRACTISE THEM LIKE THEY WERE THEIR TRUE INTRINSIC NATURE ? 

WHAT IS SO INNATELY WRONG WITH HUMAN NATURE THAT MAKES DOING THIS SO HARD FOR THEM ?
